Q: Where do you ship?
A: Anywhere! We offer free shipping all over the world.
Q: Why can't I get the SEXpansion Pack or Combo Pack?
A: Because we're currently sold out of the SEXpansion Pack. We're a small company, so we don't always time our production perfectly, but we're working on new expansions that should be released in early 2022.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: All orders will ship within 2 business days. For Canadian and American orders, shipping should take 3-6 business days. Orders outside North America are unfortunately very slow: 1-2 months for Europe and South America, 2-3 months for Asia, Australia, and Africa. Please note that the free shipping option does not come with tracking, and orders do sometimes get lost in transit. If you're in a rush, you can upgrade your shipping for $9 and it will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. If you're making a bulk international order, feel free to shoot us an email so we can advise on the most cost-effective arrangement.
Q: Will I have to pay duties and taxes when my package arrives?
A: For Canadian and American customers, no. For overseas customers, most likely not, but we can't make promises. Assuming you're only ordering one or two things, that's usually small enough to not get duties added, but it does happen. If you do pay anything, it will be a small amount.
Q: Do you offer a Local Pickup option?
A: In Vancouver, BC, yes! The incredible Second Nature Home Boutique is our local pickup location. If you haven't been yet, it's worth a visit. Orders are usually ready in 24 hours for pickup. Please check store hours to make sure they work for you.
Q: Can I buy FLUSTER in stores?
A: Yes! We have a growing group of FLUSTER retailers around the world. You can find our list of stores here.
Q: I'm interested in becoming a retail partner. Is that possible?

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Our "wasn't feeling it" guarantee lasts 30 days. Contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase to arrange your refund. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
